How it works
- Purchase the offering. Complete your purchase through this page.
- Send us your marketing material. We'll contact you within 2 business days with instructions on where and how to submit your material. You may provide an existing flyer, graphic, video (up to 60 seconds), announcement or other promotional material.
Note: Podcast audio adaptation
If the submitted promotional material is primarily visual, such as a flyer or graphic, we will create a short audio version of the relevant information for inclusion in the podcast episode. The final audio will require the client's approval before publication. Audio adaptations are intended to convey the key information contained in the submitted material and may not reproduce the material word-for-word.
- Review & approval. Once we receive your material, we'll review it to ensure it is appropriate for our audience and channels. We'll complete this review within 3-4 business days. If adjustments are required, we'll contact you before proceeding.
- Scheduling & publication. Once approved, your material will be scheduled according to our upcoming content calendar. Publication dates are subject to C.A.C.'s existing content calendar.
It will then be featured in:
- One C.A.C. Monthly Newsletter
- One Aviation Perspectives with C.A.C. podcast episode
- One YouTube episode
How long will my promotion remain available?
Your promotional material included in the podcast and YouTube episode becomes part of the published episode and will remain available whenever that episode is viewed or listened to.
The newsletter insert will appear in the selected monthly newsletter.
