Our Why

We fell in love with aviation in our teens and put all our energy and focus on learning as much as we could.

We attended schools that were offering aviation and maintenance management courses to support our career. We had different paths, but the same goal and passion.

But when we entered the workforce, we quickly realized that real-world aviation was very different from what we had learned in school.

Some of that gap is inevitable.

Experience will always teach lessons that no classroom can fully replicate.

What surprised us, however, was how much valuable industry knowledge wasn't being shared through traditional education, conferences, or publications.

There is no need for every aviation professional to learn everything through trial and error.

We simply need better ways to share that knowledge.

This is why we're here.

We want to support our industry, our professionals in their growth and challenges.

For us, people are key.

Investing in them is the way forward.
